Warren Tea has informed that in furtherance to letter dated 13th December, 2019 whereby the Company had informed that for the purposes of disposal of tea estates and/or other assets of the Company, consent of the shareholders pursuant to the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 would be sought by postal ballot; the Company attached the Postal Ballot Notice which is scheduled to be despatched to the Shareholders on 27th December, 2019 in compliance with Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
