In reference to disclosure dated November 13, 2019 with respect to changes in Directors and Key Managerial Personnel. Further, it was also disclosed that the Company expects delay in dissemination of the financial results for quarter and half year ended September 30, 2019 owing to the change in management. TRF has informed that it is in the process of finalizing the financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2019. The financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2019 will be made available to the exchanges not later than February 6, 2020.
