Machino Plastics has informed that pursuant to the ‘Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading’ of the Company under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, regarding trading restriction period, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed with effect from 1st January, 2020 till 48 hours after the declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended on 31st December, 2019 for all the directors/ officers/ designated employees and any person having contractual or fiduciary relation with the Company.
