Royal Cushion Vinyl Products has received an approval for sale, transfer and assignment of surplus / vacant land i.e. Plot no. 68 admeasuring 10,35,722 square feet, Plot no. 55 admeasuring 11,40,560 square feet, Plot No.37P admeasuring 4,61,840 square feet situated at Garadhia, Savli Taluka, Vadodara District, Gujarat, to Royal Spinwell, a related party. The Board of Directors of the company in its meeting held on December 26, 2019, approved the same.
