In terms of the Companys Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report of trading by Designated Persons and pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 (as amended from time to time), Longview Tea Company has informed that the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall be closed for all Designated Persons of the Company, including their immediate relatives from 1st January, 2020 till 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter and nine months period ending on December 31, 2019.
