Diana Tea Company has informed that pursuant to the Company’s Code of Conduct for Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall be closed for the Company’s Directors, Connected Persons and Designated Employees and their relatives from Wednesday, 1st January, 2020 till 48 hours from the date of declaration of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and nine months period ending on December 31, 2019. Date of Board Meeting shall be communicated in due course.
