Hittco Tools has informed that as per Company Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window of the Company shall remain closed from Wednesday, 01st January, 2020 for consideration and finalization of unaudited financial results for the quarter ended 31st December, 2019. The Trading Window will open upon completion of 48 hours of publication of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the said period after approval thereof by the Board of Directors of the Company.
