AGI Infra has informed that as per Company’s Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Reporting Trading by Designated Persons framed pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in Shares of the Company by the Designated Person(s) (including their immediate relatives) and Specified Connected Persons will be closed for the purpose of declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended on December 31, 2019 from January 01, 2020 till the end of 48 hours after the date of declaration of the quarterly financial results. The date of Board Meeting for the declaration of the financial results will be intimated separately.
