TCM has received an approval for the incorporation of a subsidiary company with 51% shareholding of the company, which will provide IT/ Internet enabled solutions for training and education, Live tutoring using Internet/VC, Professional coaching or Tuitions, Training and Research in to Robotics, Consulting services, developing software products in the field of training, education and further selling, licensing and franchising software products. The Board of Directors of the company in its meeting held on December 31, 2019, considered and approved the same.
