Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Rossell India has informed that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Monday, 10th February, 2020, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ending 31st December, 2019, prepared in terms of Regulation 33 of the said Regulation. Also informed that it is arranging to publish shortly the Notice for the aforesaid date of the Board Meeting in all the editions of Business Standard, a national newspaper in English and in Aajkal, Kolkata Edition in Bengali as required under Regulation 47 of the said Regulations.
