Cineline India has informed that in terms of notification dated 02nd April, 2019 towards clarification regarding trading restriction period under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed with effect from 01st January, 2020 till 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the quarter ended 31st December, 2019 in terms of the Code of Conduct of the Company under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The date of the meeting of the Board of Directors to approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended 31st December, 2019 will be intimated in due course.
