Pursuant to Regulation 30(3), as specified in PARA B of PART A of Schedule III of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Shivam Autotech has informed that the Workmen Union of one of the plants situated at Binola (Gurugram) have in an unjustified manner disrupted the production. The management of the Company is taking necessary steps to resolve the problem amicably. Further, in order to meet the Customer’s schedule and demand on time from Binola plant, alternate arrangements have been done by the Company’s management at other plants so that the production and sale doesn’t get affected and the operations are carried out in efficient manner.
