GEI Industrial Systems, one of the leading manufacturers of Air Cooled Vacuum Steam Condensers (ACSC) and Air Cooled Heat Exchanges (ACHE), has secured turnkey orders worth Rs 104 crore from three O&M circles in Madhya Pradesh. The order bagged is for design, manufacture, pre-dispatch inspection, testing and supply of distribution transformer sub-station and service lines.
The company has secured contract worth Rs 40 crore on turnkey basis from Madhya Pradesh Paschim kshetra Vidyut Vitran for construction of new 11 KV line, LT line, 25 KVA 11/.04 KV distribution X-mer sub station and service lines for BPL consumers under O&M circle Khandwa, under Rajiv Gandhi Gram Vidyutikaran Yojna (RGGVY) scheme. This contract is being executed for Rural Electricity Infrastructure and House Hold Electrifications for the attainment of the National Common Minimum Programme Goal for providing access to electricity of all households.
Further, the company has been awarded two similar contract totaling Rs 64 crore from the O&M circles of Mandsaur and Neechum in Madhya Pradesh, recently. The scope of all the contracts includes detailed design, manufacture, testing, engineering, documentation and site services.
