Jay Shree Tea & Industries has entered into a definitive agreement with Grand Lacs Trading SA, Belgium to sale its stake in two of its tea estates at East Africa namely Mata & Gisakura on 16 January, 2020.

Jay Shree Tea & Industries is an outstanding crescendo in the composition that is the Birla Group. Besides tea, the Company is also actively involved in chemicals & fertilizers, sugar and education. It is the third largest tea producer in the world.
