Pursuant to Regulation 29(1) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Bharat Seats has informed that the meeting of Board of Directors of the Company shall be held on 27th January, 2020, to consider and approve the Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter/ 9 months ended 31st December, 2019. As intimated in its letter dated 1st January, 2020 for the purpose as above and as per the Company’s Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders, the trading window for the dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed up to close of business hours of January 29, 2020 and will reopen on January 30, 2020.
