Oriental Bank of Commerce reports 39% rise in Q3 net profit

Oriental Bank of Commerce has reported results for third quarter ended December 31, 2019.

The Bank has reported 39.11% rise in its net profit at Rs 201.66 crore for the quarter under review as compared to Rs 144.96 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the Bank increased by 10.04% at Rs 5642.61 crore for Q3FY20 as compared Rs 5127.98 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.

The Bank’s gross NPA for the October-December quarter of the current fiscal improved to 12.64%, as compared to 15.82% in the same quarter of the previous year. Besides, Bank’s Net NPA stood at 5.98% in Q3FY20.
