Lloyds Steels Industries has informed that pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and further to letter No: PRRG/LSIL/BSE/2020/16 dated 24.01.2020, the Board of Directors of the Company have appointed Ananthsubramanian Lakshman (DIN: 0008648489) as an Additional & Non-Executive Independent Director in the Board of the Company with effect from 24th January 2020. The Company enclosed the brief details of the appointment as prescribed (Annexure-A), the content of which is self-explanatory. The Company also confirmed that Ananthsubramanian Lakshman is not debarred from holding the office of Director pursuant to any SEBI order or any such authority.
