KDDL has informed that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 14/02/2020, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company (Standalone & Consolidated) for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December, 2019. Further to letter no. KDDL/CS/2019-20/75 dated 1st January, 2020 regarding closure of trading window, the Company has informed that Trading Window for dealing in the shares of the Company shall remain closed till 16th February, 2020, after forty eight hours from the date of Board Meeting to be held on Friday, 14th February,2020.
