Kesoram Industries has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Tuesday, 11th February, 2020, to approve the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December, 2019, as per Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. As per the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Company's Internal code for prevention of Insider Trading, the 'Trading Window' for dealing in securities of the Company was closed from Wednesday, 1st January, 2020 and will remain closed till Thursday, 13th February, 2020.
