Karda Constructions soars on commencing new residential cum commercial project in Nashik

Karda Constructions is currently trading at Rs. 140.10, up by 1.00 points or 0.72% from its previous closing of Rs. 139.10 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 140.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 140.10 and Rs. 140.00 respectively.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 239.00 on 25-Feb-2019 and a 52 week low of Rs. 89.00 on 18-Dec-2019.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 140.10 and Rs. 136.00 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 172.32 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 65.16%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 0.76% and 34.08% respectively.

Karda Constructions has commenced construction of Hari Aangan-Residential, High Streets Shopping Mall Commercial, a new residential cum commercial project in Nashik in the state of Maharashtra. Total saleable area of the project shall be 1,88,244 Sq Ft and expected sale proceeds should be around Rs 48.94 crore. The said project will be complete on or before December 31, 2026.

Karda Constructions is primarily in construction of residential projects and recently they have been innovative in their approach to push the affordable housing segment by coming up with schemes such as ‘Capsule Homes’.
