Pursuant to Regulation 29(1) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015, Bangalore Fort Farms has informed that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Friday, 14th February, 2020 at the Registered Office situated at 16A, Brabourne Road, 6th Floor, Kolkata-700001, to consider and approve the Un-audited Standalone Financial Results for the Quarter and Nine months ended on 31st December, 2019, as per Regulation 33 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015; and any other matter, as considered necessary. Further, in continuation to its earlier intimation dated 6th January, 2020 as per Company’s code of conduct for Prohibition of Insider trading framed pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and as per the circular issued by BSE Circular No. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated 2nd April, 2019, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company has been closed for all the Directors/Officers/Designated Employees and connected persons with effect from 6th February, 2020 and will remain closed until 48hrs after the declaration of the aforesaid Un-audited Financial results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December, 2019.
