Shemaroo Entertainment has received an approval for closure of Shemaroo Entertainment (UK), Foreign Wholly Owned Subsidiary (WOS) Company and closure of Shemaroo Entertainment INC, USA, Foreign Wholly Owned Subsidiary Company. The Board of Directors of the company at their meeting held on February 11, 2020, approved the same.
The closure of the aforesaid WOS will not affect any business of the company and will not have any significant impact on the accounts/accounting policies etc. The aforesaid WOS are not material subsidiary(ies) of the Company.
Shemaroo Entertainment is a holding company. The company is an entertainment company engaged in the business of motion picture, video and television program distribution activities.
