Mohota Industries has informed that Honble National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai Bench, Mumbai (NCLT), through an order dated 23rd January, 2020 (Copy of Order received on 11 February, 2020) has admitted the reference for Initiation of Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) in respect of Mohota Industries under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 (IBC). By the said Order dated 23rd January, 2020, Prashant Jain, Insolvency Professional having Registration No. IBBI/IPA-001/IP-P01368/2018-2019/12131 has been appointed as an Interim Resolution Professional (IRP) to carry out the functions as mentioned under the Code.
