South Asian Enterprises’ board has given its consent to acquire 7318 equity shares of Rs 10 each in aggregate constituting about 60% equity capital in Chai Thela in phased manner, subject to other approvals, if any.
Chai Thela is a Delhi based company presently running soft beverages QSR retail points at various locations in the India. The aforesaid acquisition is expected to accelerate the company's business pan India. The Board of Directors of the company in its meeting held on February 12, 2020 has approved the same.
