The results were reviewed by the Audit Committee at their Meeting held on February 14, 2020 at 2:30 pm and approved by the Board of Directors of the Company, at their meeting subsequently , Considered and approved the appointment of Sanjay Kothari (DIN-00258316) as an Additional Director of the Company.
