Kisan Mouldings has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Pil Italica Lifestyle (PILL) for marketing and distribution of Plastic Moulded Furniture products under the ‘Kisan Crest Brand' of the Company. As a result of this arrangement, it will enable the Company to save operational cost and focus more on its core and main business segment activities i.e. manufacturing & marketing of moulded pipes and fittings.
