Shanthi Gears has informed that pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is convened to be held on Friday, 28th February, 2020 for considering the declaration of interim dividend, if any, for the financial year ending 31st March, 2020. The Company further informed that, in the aforesaid connection, the Trading Window will remain closed for the insider of the Company from 24th February, 2020 to 1st March, 2020 in terms of code of conduct in force in the Company under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations.
