Girnar Spintex Industries has informed that, Satish Murabatte Independent Director of the Company through his email dated 25 February 2020 has tendered his resignation due to work related pre-occupations. Further he has also stated that there is no other material reason for his resignation. Consequent to his resignation he ceased to be director of the Company and member of Audit Committee, Stakeholder relationship committee and Nomination and Remuneration committee.
