Himadri Speciality Chemical has informed that in reference to the Company's letter dated 15 February 2020, informing the resignation of Suryakant Balkrishna Mainak (DIN- 02531129), the Independent Director, from the Board of Directors of the Company, with effective from 15th February 2020, due to personal reasons. Further informed that Suryakant Balkrishna Mainak, the Non-Executive Independent Director, vide his letter dated 26 February 2020, has also confirmed that there is no other material reason other than personal reasons for his resignation from the Board of the Company.
