Pursuant to Regulation 42 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Record Date for ascertaining the entitlement of shareholders for Interim Dividend, if declared in the upcoming Board Meeting, will be Wednesday, 18th March, 2020. In this connection, as per the Company's Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons, the trading window for all the Designated Persons and their immediate relatives for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed from the date of this notice to 11th March, 2020.
