Further to letter dated 25 February, 2020, Shanthi Gears has informed that at the meeting held 28 February, 2020, the Board of Directors of the Company has declared interim dividend of Rs 2 per equity share for the financial year ending 31st March, 2020. Also informed that the Company has fixed Thursday, 12 March, 2020 as the Record Date for the purpose of ascertaining the eligibility of shareholders for payment of the Interim Dividend. The Interim Dividend will be paid on Tuesday, 17th March, 2020.
