SPS International has informed that the Company has received notice of resignation of Monal Gupta an Independent Director of the Company on 28th February, 2020 vide resignation letter dated 27th February, 2020, expressing her intention to resign from the office of Independent Director of the Company. Due to some unavoidable circumstances, she is unable to devote her time to the affairs of the Company. Monal Gupta has confirmed that there is no other material reason for her resignation other than those stated above. Accordingly, Monal Gupta ceases to be an Independent Director of the Company with effect from 28th February, 2020.
