In pursuance provisions of Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Voith Paper Fabrics has informed about the change in position/ designation of two directors, as approved by the Board of Directors of the company by way of circulation. Shahana Basu has been repositioned/r edesignated from a ‘Non-executive Woman Director’ to an ‘Independent Woman Director’ and Ravinder Nath has been repositioned/ redesignated from an ‘Independent Director’ to a ‘Nonexecutive Director’, liable to retire by rotation. The above changes in the composition of the Board of Directors of the company would come into force from 15 April, 2020.
