Prima Plastics has received an approval where the board discussed about business of wood composite door and decided to start trading in the said business and may source such doors from local manufacturers and / or imports. The company has received approval at its board meeting held on August 11, 2011.
In November last year, the company’s board approved setting up of a manufacturing unit for moulded furniture and household articles in Nigeria and manufacturing unit for HDPE/PP- Woven Sacks Bags at Cameroon in JV with the total investment of about Rs 10 crore.
