In continuation of the intimation dated 9th March 2020 for convening a Board Meeting of the Company on 13th March 2020, EIH Associated Hotels has informed that in view of escalation in the uncertainty in the travel, tourism and hospitality industry with the WHO declaring the corona virus as pandemic and the Government of India suspending all existing visas issued to nationals of any country, the urgent Board Meeting scheduled to be held on 13th March 2020 for declaration of Interim Dividend is being called off. As the Board Meeting stands cancelled, the record date i.e. 23rd March 2020 proposed by the Company for interim dividend also stands cancelled. Furthermore, the trading window restriction as mentioned in the above referred letter dated 9th March 2020 stands withdrawn with immediate effect.
