Pursuant to Regulation 39(3) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Shivam Autotech has informed that the Company has received information regarding loss of share certificates from the shareholder, Anuj Gupta (Folio Number- 00026456). Requisite documents along with the request letter to issue duplicate share certificates has been received by Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (RTA) from the aforementioned shareholder on March 16, 2020 and the same has been communicated by the RTA to the Company. Further, the Company shall issue the duplicate share certificates to the shareholder after completion of requisite formalities prescribed by the Board.
