With reference to Chapter VII of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended (the Listing Regulations) which governs the obligations of the entities which have issued IDRs, and further to its announcements of March 9, 2020 and March 13, 2020, Standard Chartered PLC has informed that the Company has issued a notice to terminate the IDR Programme and consequently delist the outstanding IDRs from Stock Exchanges. The Company also informed that, in terms of Regulation 75 of the Listing Regulations, it has advertised the implementation of the aforesaid termination process, for the IDR Holders, in all editions of Financial Express and Business Standard, English national daily newspapers; and all editions of Jansatta and Business Standard, Hindi national daily newspapers on March 16, 2020.
