Natura Hue Chem has informed that the 6th Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company for the Financial Year 2019-2020 was held today at 11.30 am on Wednesday, the 18th March, 2020 and the Board considered and approved re-appointement of Ravi Kamra as a Managing Director of the Company. The current tenure of Ravi Kamra shall expire on 31st March, 2020 and the Board of Director on recomendation of Nomination and Remuneration committee has re-appointed him for a further term of 5 years commencing from 1st April, 2020. The said appointment is subject to the approval of the shareholders of the Company at the next general meeting of the Company. The intimation is being made under the Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulation, 2015 as amended from time to time.
