LIST/COMP/01/2019-20, the trading window for dealing in shares of the Company shall remain closed for all Directors/ KMPs/ Designated Employees/ Connected Persons of the Company, as defined, the trading window will remained closed with immediate effect i.e. Wednesday, 01st April 2020, and will continue to remain closed till completion of 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the quarter/year ended 31st March 2020.
