BKM Industries has informed that pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, in view of directives issued by the Central/State Government authorities and to ensure safety of workers & employees during the challenging and critical situation because of COVID -19, the Company has temporarily closed its plant and other business operations till further notice. The Company shall resume its plant and other regular operations once the situation improves and requisite direction issued by the central/state government authorities.
