In furtherance to the letter bearing reference no. KPP/TL-36/03297 dated February 4, 2020 regarding appointment of Ashish Bhandari as Joint Managing Director (JMD), effective April 20, 2020, Thermax has now informed that Bhandari will be joining the Company from April 7, 2020, instead of April 20, 2020.
