With reference to disclosure dated 26th March, 2020 regarding temporary suspension of operations based on the directives of both Central and State Governments in order to control the impact of COVID-19 pandemic by ensuring health and safety of its employees and business associates, Olectra Greentech has now informed that pursuant to the new guidelines issued by the Government Authorities, the Company has resumed its operations with effect from 05th May 2020, complying to all norms and by taking preventive measures and will gradually scale up its operations.
