Raymond planning to raise funds via NCDs

Raymond is planning to raise funds by way of issue of Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) aggregating up to an amount not exceeding Rs 100 crore on private placement basis. The said NCDs are proposed to be listed on NSE’s WDM Segment. The meeting of the Board of Directors of the company is scheduled on May 21, 2020, to consider the same.
