In accordance with the SEBI circular no. SEBI/HO/DDHS/CIR/P/2018/144 dated November 26, 2018 regarding funds raising by way of issuance of Debt Securities by Large Corporate(LC) and for disclosures and compliances thereof by such Large Corporate (LC) entitie, High Street Filatex has confirmed that the Company does not fall in the ambit of Large Corporate(LC) category as per the framework provided in the aforesaid circular. As and when it fall under this criteria in future, the company will inform and fulfill all the requirement which are applicable on the Large Corporate (LC). Annexure-A is also enclosed for the reference and records.
