Pursuant to Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Company enclosed the Audited Financial results for the year ended 31st March, 2020 along with Independent Auditors Review Report of the Statutory Auditors of the Company. The statutory auditors have issued an unmodified audit report on the financial results. The Board Meeting commenced at 10.00 am and concluded at 11.00 am.
