Jay Bharat Maruti has informed that next meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Friday, 26th June, 2020, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) for the 4th Quarter and year ended 31st March, 2020; consider and approve Audited Financial Statements (Standalone & Consolidated) for the FY ended 31st March, 2020; consider and recommend the dividend, if any, for the financial year ended 31st March, 2020; and consider the proposal for issue of Securities in terms of Section 42, 62, and 71 of the Companies Act, 2013, subject to the approval of Shareholders. Further, as informed in earlier letter dated 31-03-2020, trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed for the Directors, KMPs, Promoters & Promoters Group and Designated Persons etc. covered under the code, from April 01, 2020 till 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results.
