In view of ongoing Pandemic outbreak consequent upon continuous Lockdown and in reference to SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CMD1/CIR/P/2020/106 dated 24th June, 2020, relaxation has been provided for convening Board Meeting for consideration of Audited Financial Results for the Financial Year 2019-20 ended on 31st March, 2020 and the timeline for submission is further extended till 31st July, 2020. In view of the said circular, Gujarat Craft Industries has informed that the Board meeting of the Company for consideration of Standalone Audited Financial Results for Financial Year 2019-20 scheduled to be held on 30th June, 2020, stands cancelled. Further, the next date of Board meeting will be informed in due course of time.
