Mysore Petro Chemicals has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on 29th June, 2020 to consider and approve the audited standalone and consolidated financial results of the Company for the year ended 31st March, 2020 and consider and recommend final dividend, if any, for the financial year 2019-20. In terms of the Code of Conduct of the Company for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window of the Company is closed from 1st April, 2020 as communicated vide its e-mail dated 30th March, 2020. The trading window was supposed to be re-open from 2nd July, 2020. However, as per SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading (Amendment) Regulations), 2018 the trading window is required to be closed from the first day of every quarter. Accordingly, the trading window shall continue to remain closed till the declaration of the financial results for the quarter ended 30th June, 2020.
