Welcast Steels has informed that pursuant to the Company’s Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons, the trading window for all the Designated Persons and their immediate relatives for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed from 1st July, 2020 till 48 hours after declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the first quarter ended June 30, 2020. The date of Board Meeting for declaration of the financial results of the Company for the first quarter ending on June 30, 2020 will be intimated in due course. Accordingly, designated persons and their immediate relatives are advised not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of trading window.
