However, due to Covid-19 Pandemic the Company has availed the relaxation granted by Securities and Exchange Board of India vide its Circular SEBI/HO/CFD/CMD1/CIR/P/2020/106 dated 24th June, 2020 and the Audited Financial results of the company for the year ended 31st March, 2020 is to be declared on 6th July, 2020 thus trading window is now continue to be remain close till 48 hours after the declaration of the Financial Results for the quarter ended on June 30, 2020.
